All parcels are packed discreetly.

Where possible, external packaging will not identify the contents of your order.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, risk of loss or damage passes to you, except where Australian Consumer Law provides otherwise.

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Due to hygiene and safety requirements, intimate products, opened products, used products, lingerie and personal care items may not be eligible for return unless faulty, damaged or otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
